Dough dividers and dough divider/rounding machines are classified by type, class, size, and styles: Types I, II, III, and IV; Classes I, II, and III; Sizes 1, 2, and 3; and Styles 1, 2, and 3. Operational test and performance test shall be performed to conform with the specified requirements.
