Effective July, 2020, the USMCA (The U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement) has replaced 1993 NAFTA agreement as the prevailing Free Trade Agreement between the (3) countries. Many rules have been completely modified and modernized, as well as the elimination of tracing, and the introduction of completely new concepts such as LVC - Labor Value Content requirements.
