The existing UIC approval of composite LL blocks for standard applications is to be extended to include dual-sided brake applications in 2xBg block configuration on monobloc wheels with nominal diameters of 830 mm and 760 / 730 mm. The present report analyses the extension, on the basis of UIC Leaflet 541-4, 4th edition, of the application range of approved LL blocks on wheelsets with different rolling circle diameters. On the basis of the documents submitted and the observations contained in the present report, it is recommended that LL blocks be approved for use, under specific technical conditions, in 2xBg configuration on wheels with nominal diameters of 840 and 760 mm. It is recommended that LL blocks in 2xBg configuration be approved for use on wheels with a nominal diameter of 730 mm on condition that the axle load will be restricted. Fragen des Bremswesens - Freigabe der LL-Sohlen nach UIC-Merkblatt Nr. 541-4 in der Bauform 2xBg für Fahrzeuge mit einem Nennraddurchmesser von 840 mm und 760 / 730 mm| Die bestehende UIC-Freigabe der LL-Verbundstoffsohlen für Standard-Randbedingungen soll für den Anwendungsfall der zweiseitigen Abbremsung für die Klotzkonfiguration 2xBg auf Vollräder mit einem Nenndurchmesser von 840 mm und 760 / 730 mm erweitert werden. Der vorliegende Bericht analysiert die Erweiterung des Anwendungsbereiches auf Basis des UIC-Merkblattes Nr. 541-4, 4. Ausgabe freigegebener LL-Sohlen auf Radsätze mit abweichenden Laufkreisdurchmessern. Auf Basis der vorliegenden Dokumente und der mit diesem Bericht vorgelegten Feststellungen wird eine Freigabe der LL-Sohlen in der Bauform 2xBg für Räder mit einem Nenndurchmesser von 840 mm und 760 mm unter bestimmten technischen Randbedingungen empfohlen. Zur Freigabe von LL-Sohlen in der Bauform 2xBg für Räder mit einem Nenndurchmesser von 730 mm wird eine Begrenzung der Radsatzlast empfohlen, bei deren Überschreitung weiterhin Einzelfallbetrachtungen notwendig sind.
