Description / Abstract: This document provides requirements and guidance for the effective management, communication, and maintenance of information regarding the use of hazardous materials, which are used in the manufacturing chain of shipbuilding and ship operations. The requirements in this document are aligned with the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Recycling of Ships (SR/CONF/45).
