Defines how to apply the principles and requirements given in IEC 61739 to monolithic integrated circuits. The standard is applicable to those manufacturers of integrated circuits (ICs) who apply for manufacturing line approval. The objective is to establish consistency in the requirements used by manufacturers and auditors for techniques related to integrated circuit manufacturing. Each manufacturer may use his own methods for satisfying the requirements of this standard, provided that the required level of control in the manufacturing line is reached. Definit de quelle facon les principes et les exigences de la CEI 61739 sont appliques aux circuits integres monolithiques. Elle est applicable aux fabricants de circuits integres (CI) qui demandent lagrement dune ligne de fabrication. Lobjet de ce guide est detablir la coherence des exigences utilisees par les fabricants et les auditeurs pour les technologies liees a la fabrication de circuits integres. Chaque fabricant peut avoir ses propres methodes pour satisfaire au contenu de la presente norme, pourvu que le niveau requis de controle de la ligne de fabrication soit atteint.
