1.1 This test method provides a procedure to determine the color strength of dry or flushed alkali blue pigment in hot melt carbon copy paper ink compared to an alkali blue control mutually agreed upon by the purchaser and supplier. 1.2 This standard does not purport to address all of the safety problems, if any, associated with its use.
