1.1 This specification covers drift eliminators or demisters, louvers, partitioning and casing panels. Note-Asbestos-cement pipes are covered in Specifications C296 and C428; and asbestos-cement heat exchange fill products are covered in Specification C1082 for flat fill and Specification C1081 for corrugated fill.1.2 The following classes of products are covered: Section Classifications Drift eliminators or demisters 3.1 Classes 1, 2 and 3 Louvers 3.2 Classes 1 and 2 Casing panels 3.3 Classes 1 and 2 Asbestos-cement pressure pipes 3.4 Classes 100, 150, and 200 Asbestos-cement non pressure Classes 1500, 2400, 3300, or gravity drainage pipes 3.5 4000 and 50001.2.1 Products cured at atmospheric pressure or by autoclaving are covered. 1.3 The values stated in the SI system are to be regarded as the standard.
