Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Borgehaltes von Stahl durch eine fotometrische Bestimmung nach Destillation (Curcuminverfahren) fest. Das Verfahren ist bei Boranteilen zwischen 0,00005 % (mlm) und 0,0010 % (mlm) anwendbar.
