Diese Europäische Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Gehaltes an N-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl)-alkylamid in Alkylamidopropylbetainen fest, der als die in Gramm je 100 g des Produktes angegebene Menge der N-(3-dimethyl-aminopropyl)-alkylamide definiert ist. Dieses Verfahren gilt für den Bereich von 0,02 g bis 1,0 g Amidoamin je 100 g des Produktes.
