Diese ÖNORM beschreibt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Saccharin-Natrium und Saccharin in Süßstofftabletten auf Basis Cyclamat/Saccharin bzw. Saccharin. Die Tabletten werden in Natriumhydroxid gelöst und der Gehalt an Saccharin wird photometrisch bei 265 nm bestimmt.
