It specifies a single indicator regarding the environmental performance related to a building´s location, and for evaluating whether a building´s location minimize the impacts associated with occupants´ travel.Included in this specification are requirements for classifying and categorizing neighborhood assets, eligibility of neighborhood assets, proximity to a diversity of neighborhood assets, demonstration of satisfaction of meeting the requirements, and documentation substantiating compliance with the requirements.
