maintenance processes implemented by different companies and for different service
applications, thus providing guidelines that may be used to improve rolling stock
maintenance efficiency and cost savings.

its functionalities.
Chapter 10 defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Rolling stock maintenance
to be used in calls for tender or to assess supplier processes.
